4. Free and Premium Services
We may offer a freemium model, allowing users to generate vehicle ads at no cost. Our premium service provides access to the GPT-4 model. A 30-day cancellation period applies for the premium trial.
5. Fair Use Policy
Users of the free service can generate ads, but usage is subject to our fair use policy.We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to users who violate our fair use policy.
6. Payments and Billing
Standard SaaS payment conditions apply.
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes related to your use of the premium service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content generated by SaleShark is owned by us or our licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services or the content generated through SaleShark.AI models (including those used by SaleShark) may sometimes produce misleading or inaccurate information. Ensure you check each ad for accuracy before publishing.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms of Service.
